Is the Google Pixel 3A the only option customers have to choose from?

How long does it take for customer support to get back to customers about issues, questions, concerns, etc.?
It will take us no longer than 24 hours to get back to any emails or calls made.
What if I need to purchase more than 10 phones at a time?
Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org. We will be happy to assist you! Please note that we require a deposit if you need to purchase ten or more phones at a time.
What if I would like more applications than the ones listed installed?

How long does shipping take?
It depends on the country you are located in. International shipping with take a week or more whereas US shipping will most likely take less than a week.

Are there countries this product cannot be shipped to?

I never received my product, what now?
Please contact us at email@example.com if you have not received your item within of 7 days of the expected arrival date.
It appears that my phone was broken during transit, can I exchange it?
Yes, but you must reach out to us within 3 days of receiving the product. We are unable to accept damaged phones after the 3-day window. Please contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org if you phone arrives to you, damaged.
What if I would like to return my phone (within the 30-day return period) but I threw away the box?
We do prefer that the box is shipped back with the phone but if you accidentally threw it away, please make sure phone is securely packaged before being sent back. Please note, that all the original parts, including the original charger, need to be sent back with the phone.
