Our goal is to provide exceptional product support for all customers. If you are not happy with our products, you have 30 days to return the product.
In order to receive your refund:
- Must be in working condition
- Must not have any scratches on the screen, cracks, water damage or any major damage of any kind
- Be returned with the original charger and original parts (batteries, screen, etc.)
If your product is having any technical issues, we ask that you call or email us so we can help! If your product is still having issues after troubleshooting, we will exchange it for a new one. This must be done within 30 days of purchasing the product.
When returning or exchanging product, please return the phone in its original packaging. We will provide a return label, please email firstname.lastname@example.org for more information about returning or exchanging your product.
